PCPC is responsible for completing its project covering three cogeneration plant on a Build - Own - Operate - Transfer (BOOT) basis, and each phase is represented by following major activities.

- Owning the plants throughout project life, up to its 20th anniversary from Commercial Operation Date.

- Maintaining the plants available for operation and operating following dispatch from Saudi Aramco.

- Transferring the plants to Saudi Aramco after completion of project
